Publication
Papers must be original and unpublished, and must not be submitted for publication elsewhere concurrently. Each paper must have at least 4 full pages with extra payment for extra pages. All accepted full papers will be published in IEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3315-1806-6) and submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements, and also submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.
